Our establishment agrees to set up and clean up our area by the times stated above. Vehicles must be unloaded and removed by 7am. By signing this form, I agree to hold harmless Imperials Car Club and Rampart Police Activities League, Inc and all event partners for any damages during the event.

Description

Exhibitors/Vendors will receive the following:

  • A 10’x10′ space at the event
  • 100% of your proceeds on event day – we will take no percentage of your sales

Exhibitors/Vendors are responsible for the following:

  • All vendors must arrive, unload and remove vehicles between 6am- 7am on event day
  • All set up must be completed by 9am and cleanup and departure of their reserved space is no later than 3:30pm
  • Any tables, 10’x10′ tents, chairs coverings, banners, marketing materials
  • Weights for any tents (tents MUST be weighted)
  • Bring your own power source
  • Please bring a new unwrapped toy for a youth age 7-18yrs.
